    I'm actually optimistic about this one. I think Chris Weitz will do an EXPONENTIALLY better job than Catherine Hardwicke.

    But I'm REALLY excited about Eclipse. The guy who did 30 Days Of Night is the director! You KNOW the showdown between the vamps/werewolves and the newborns is gonna be RIDICULOUS!!

    The scenes already look better than Twilight. (I like the golden-tint better than the blue-tint)

    Well, I will argue a LITTLE in Hardwicke's defense: Summit didn't think Twilight was gonna do well, they didn't give her much of a budget. (she still screwed it up tho =p )

  My only critique is that they're showing SO many "sneak peeks" that we'll already have seen the movie by the time its in theatres. So now I'm making an effort not to watch anymore trailers or pictures until the movie debuts
