suddenly miki's phone buzzed. i leaned ovr to see the text.
"i told her that a tidal wave had hit the aphrodite cabin and all her makeup and stuff is ruined. go, hurry! make it happen!"
we racved over to the aphrodite cabin. for a second, i felt sorry for all those designer clothes that were about to get ruined. i shook my head and raised the water. soon, a tidal wave really had invaded the aphrodite cabin.

in the morning, i woke up and saw percy was already awake. i wanted to say goodbye to him, so i slipped on my favorite sundress (the white one with the flower in the bottom corner) and went to go find him. he was sitting on the beach, staring out into the waves. it was still dawn, so i had a few hours. "what you thinking about?" i asked him quietly.
"nothing really."
"me too." and so we sat, staring at the water, waiting for the rest of camp to get up. when miki came to follow me, i said goodbye to percy and we were off. into the city. i couldnt wait.

"geez your acting like a kid on Christmas morning Jenele. take a chill pill." I was wearing a sundress like hers, only it was yellow eyelet one with a embroidered sun in the bottom corner. We were driving out to the 'Burbs of New York, where my house was. Argus pulled into my driveway.
"You need help getting your stuff?" he asked.
"No, we're fine." I said, hopping out of the Camp's white SUV with Jenele. I opened the trunk and got both me and Jenele's bags. She picked hers up and I got mine and opened the front door.
"Hey Freak." my Stepmonster said, seeing me and rolling her eyes.
"Miki!" My mom dropped whatever she was doing and hugged me so I couldn't breath.

I was so relived when selena left! I talked to Rick some more, and i think that i really really like him, but i dont know if he likes me back, i'll have to ask miki about that. The next day miki and jelene went to miki's house, so it was sorta quiet here. I was just walking around when i bumped into selena, oh great!

"Yeah i know it was you and your friends"
"Me and my friends what?" i asked even though i knew what she was talking about
"You ruined all of our stuff, and i know it was to get rick"
"Ok you are seriously like on crack cuz i didnt do anything."

i smacked miki in the arm. "call her, stupid, dont waste time waiting for her to text back!" i snatched the phone out of her hands (i dont have one) and called cassie. when the answering machine picked up (what the HADES is she doing?!) , i said, "forget selena. Beckendorf should be back in about a week. until then, remember, you're a child of athena. you can beat the (expletive) out of her and be smart about it to. all she has going for her is her looks. i bet you shes worried. you're so much better for rick than her, and its not like she can be messing around with him anyway once beckendorf gets back. good luck, and remember, you are worth ten of her. if you need another tidal wave, ask percy, and tell him i said he better do it if he wants to sleep inside the cabin when i get back. call me!" i tossed the phone back to miki. "come on. i want to see this famous closet of yours." her stepmonster was looking at me with a mix of awe and anger. "hey, loser," i said. "lay off miki. she is so much better than you. and yeah, i'm one of 'her kind.' daughter of the Earthshaker, in fact. so unless you want a tsunami soaking your entire bedroom like i did with the aphrodite cabin, you will shut up and be nothing but niceto both of us as long as we stay. got it?" she nodded and went inside.

I laughed and ran upstairs with Jenele following. I opened the door to my room, and Duke was laying on my bed, completly oblivious to the fact that I had come home. I motioned for her to be quiet, then walked calmy in front of Duke to get to my closet. As soon as he saw me, he jumped off the bed and onto me, licking my face. I pushed him down and he went for Jenele, who rubbed his head and pushed him off too. I opened my closet (which wasn't bigger than my room, because my room is huge) and ushered Jenele inside and saw her mouth drop at all the clothes that I had.
"It's not organized by designer or anything, just by what kind of clothing it is." I said, kneeling down to scratch Duke's ears and let him lick my face.

I fogot to charge my phone last night, so i put it on the charger when i woke up and after breakfest I checked it, and i had 1 text message and 1 voicemail, they were both from Miki. I smiled at the text when it said that Rick likes me. and The voice message was funny, and probably true. I called her back, and she didnt pick up so i left her a voice mail "Hey, its me cassie and i got your voice mail and text, and really? rick likes me, yay and i forgot to charge my phone thats why i didnt pick up or text back. Anywayz I have to go stop that Harpy, and when are you guys coming back again? bye call me back"
I put my phone in my back pocket and left my cabin and after about 10 feet of walking I bumped into Rick. "Opps sorry, oh Hi"
"Hey" I smiled at him
"So...where were you heading"
"Oh um I was um looking for you"
"Really why?"
"Um...well selena is scaring me"
"hahaha...and so why were you looking for me though"
"Well. I thought that maybe if I was with you she would back off"

I listened to Cassie's message as Jenele looked at all my clothes (mostly my shoes) and called her back. She didn't pick up her phone (what is up with the voicemails?!) so I left her a message.
"Hey Cassie. Jenele and I don't know when we're coming back, at least I don't know, and really, he did tell me that."
I hung up the phone and looked at Jenele.
"I was thinking about calling my group so we could go shopping. Do you want to go shopping?" I asked, smiling. "You can borrow one of my outfits so you can look extra cute."

Me and rick went to the beach and we played in the water. We had a water fight and i won. This was the best afternoon ever! Correction it used to be the best afternoon ever til little miss harpy herself showed up. I glared at her, then smiled at rick and said "hey im going to go talk to selena real quick be right back" I walked over and made sure that we were out of ear shot so i could whisper yell at her "What do you want!!"
"Oh nothing except rick." she smiled
"Really? Because he told me that you're creepy and a little scary" ok so i exagerated so what
"Mmmhmm sure! whatever, move!" she pushed past me to talk to rick
"Hey rick" she said
"um hey selena"
"So...you wanna go take a walk or maybe see a movie tonight, like on a date" she said with bug cooky smile. Oh i was so gonna get her!
"Um.." he looked around looking for an excuse, and looked at me. then said "Um..actually im uh gonna see a movie with cassie tonight and sorry selena im no longer available because i uh have a girlfriend now" I knew he was lying but selena looked a little shocked
"Who?" selena said stunned
Rick looked around again think of an excuse again. "It's uh its uh Cassie"
"What!! Prove it! Kiss her, right now"
Me and rick both looked at each other then we both leaned in and kissed. It was wonderful! then we pulled apart a little too soon for me.
"See?" rick said "its true" then she stormed off pretty mad.

i stumbled out of the Closet with an armful of clothes. i dumped them on her bad and grabbed her phone. i scanned through their texts. when i was through, i yelled, "OMG! THE HARPY WAS DEFEATED! THEY KISSED! GO CASSIE!!!!!!" i called her. finally she picked up. i put it on speaker phone so we could both talk and i would be free to try on the clothes.

But if he isnt using me then i fell bad about thinking that he was a jerk. Ugh I am so confused. Thanks Jenele! I shouted in my head. I got ready for the 'date'. I finally decided to wear a sorta tight blue shirt with some swirly designs and some black skinny jeans with some blue wedge sandles. Over all I looked really cute, but i also looked a little casual. It took longer for my hair though. I decided to curl it a little bit so it was wavy-er then usuall. and normally my hair goes to the middle of my back, but when i was wavy it looked a little shorter. My whole outfit looked amazing, and i was suprised that i could actually looked so good. Then I grabbed my purse and left my cabin to meet Rick at the top of Half-Blood Hill.

I went over to his cabin and knocked. No one answered so i walked in. And I gasps at what i saw. I saw Selena kissing rick. I felt so bad.
"Gosh Rick! If you liked her then why did you say that you hated her. And why did you stand me up saying that we were going to go on a date!"
I felt my eyes start to water!! Oh I was so gonna get Miki to kill him then bring him back to like just to kill him again! I ran off of there so fast not really caring where i was. When I stoped I noticed that i was in the woods and i had no way of knowing where i was. I texted Miki and was wishing that she were here.

I screamed with rage, grabbed my car keys, grabbed Jenele, who had an outfit on (thank Zeus) and ran downstaris. "Mom I hav eto go back to camp! I forgot something!" I called to her. OR getting technical, someone to kill. I got in my car and sped towards camp. I stopped on the farm road and ran up the hill. Jenele followed close behind. I saw Rick sitting on the front step of the Apollo cabin. I ran up to him and punched him in the stomach. Then I gripped him by the ear and pulled his ear down to my mouth. "You are a sick substitute for a brother. How could you do that to my best friend?" I whispered in his ear. I saw Selena. I hauled right up to her and slapped her across the face befoer running to find Cassie in the forest. I saw her huddled next to a tree, crying. I wrapped my arms around her.
"Shhh, baby. It's okay, shhh..."

while the others were hatching their revenge plan, i let my mind wander. before i had found cassie to comfort her, i had gone to the apollo cabin to see the evidence myself. and there was something about the way rick's face looked when he was kissing silena that disturbed me. almost like he wasn't all the way there, like he was under some sort of spell... my eyes widened.
"cassie! rick- he- he didnt- i mean- it wasn't him! i mean, it was but- he didnt know! silena- she has the powers of love on her side! she tricked him- or something. bewitched him- i ont know! but he didnt mean it! cassie, i really think he didnt mean it!" i said.

i finished making the top of the dress by the time dinner rolled around. "come on, let's go eat. we'll come back tomorrow," i said. i turned to a naiad that seemed the most mature. "watch our stuff, will you?"
i gathered up the fabric i wasnt using. "i'll meet you guys at the pavilion," i said.
on my way back to my cabin, rick suddenly appeared in front of me. "you're cassie's friend, right?" he asked. his eyes were red and his hair was a mess.
i shifted from foot to foot. "yeah? what do you want, ungrateful little cheater?"
"tell her i'm sorry. it was a mistake! i swear!" he wailed.
"yeah right. whatevers." i pushed past him and into my cabin.

i shrugged. "goalie just comes naturally to me. i think the height has something to do with it." i was one of the tallest people in camp.
i perryed a shot over the goal. "you need to practice more," i told miki. "and i need to practice my shots, too. wanna switch?" we did. my first few shots she deflected, but then i started getting better. soon i sunk a shot deep into the back of the net in the upper left corner.

I checked under the canoes for Percy, and realized that he was under the same canoe as Raine. I could tell by all the screaming. I yanked open the canoe and made a video of Percy without a shirt next to Raine in a dress. Percy tripped and his pants fell off. I told Raine and Percy. Percy held up his pants as he cahsed after me, but I tripped him and he fell down in his underwear again. I made another video. The sword wasn't in the shot and Percy abandoned his sword and started running back to his cabin with his pants around his ankles.
I looked at the comments. 'Wow, Captain Underpants is hottt. He has a six pack.' one of the comments said. I showed Annabeth.

(the one that looks small but can hold a LOT of stuff) 'thanks!' i put a lot of dead hell hounds, Greek fire, and a compacted tidal wave that stayed small, but once exposed to oxygen (like when they open the envelope) grows to its true size, into the envelope. i wrote 'from you know who' on the front of the envelope. 'who wants to put it in the Hermes cabin?' we all look at Raine, whos playing with a stray piece of string on his shirt.

i took the envelope and stepped into the hermes cabin. it had hardly changed since when i had arrived 9 years ago. i hadned teh envelope to connor. "who's 'you know who'?" he asked.
"i think you know," i said. his eyes got wide and he blushed. "oh, yeah, miki..." he seemed kinda sad about something.
i got out of the cabin as fast as i could. i watched, waiting for the screams, but none ever came.

it was the day before the wedding (as miki so helpfull DIDNT point out above) and there was a lot to do. we had just finished the wedding rehearsal. i was exaughsted, but it was nothing compared to what gwen must be feeling.
"hey, how come theres a wedding rehearsal but no party rehearsal?" connor wanted to know. miki playfully slapped him on the arm.
i collapsed into bed. gwen fell into the bed next to me. i rolled over to her. "holy poop, weddings sure take a lot out of you!"
she agreed, and i was so tired i fell asleep, something that i had been having difficulty with ever since the date had been set.
***ok, to make the THING happen at the reception, i need ur help, and im allowed to tell u what will happen. i have to figure out a way to have a reason for some people to go on a quest without ruining the wedding. if u have any ideas, just make it happen. and jsyk, its gonna be a standard quest with 3 people and whatnot. im not going, gwen wont go (shell be honeymooning- OMG! HONEYMOON! I 4GOT ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!) and i think only one of the rest of us should go (again, not me). they'll go, zach will go (i really need for this to happen) and someone else will go. im thinking along the lines of connor, rick (remember him?), cam, or the one guy who just showed up whos supposed to be my long lost bff and i cant rmember his name, just that it starts with a j.***

i open my eyes. i get up, take out my pony tail, and start tackling the task of brushing my hair. when i am finally sure there're no tangle, i put it in a pony tail again. i am half-way through getting dressed, when i realize what day it is. 'stupid stupid stupid!' i say, hitting my head. i shrug, and put on jeans and a t-shirt. i run to the Aphrodite cabin, and kiss Brian (who is sleeping) on the forehead. i quickly sneak out again. when i get back to my cabin Jelene is awake.

she dashes out the door. she comes back a minute later, tugging Brian behind her. 'just do it!' she shouts at him.
he smiles. 'i can do that.' he walks toward me with a mischevious look in his eye.
'what are you doing?' i ask, still filled with rage from Percy #2. Jelene pulls Jaydia out of the cabin. Brian picks me up, and sits down, with me on his lap. he kisses me. 'calm down i know its crazy, but youve got to calm down. to calm me down, they had to pour water on my head. Selena was..... nevermind. lets just say i was in worse shape than you were.' he kisses me once more, puts me on my feet, and walks out the door, saying 'i love you. see you tonight.' he smiles. i try to remember what made so mad before, but i cant. i sigh, and lay down on my bed. Jaydia and Jelene walk back in.

I organized my team, as I was co leader with Clarisse,"CLARISSE! WHERE IS GARY THE SNAIL?" I yelled from across the field. When she shrugged I whirled around and spotted him reading in a corner,"Idiot!" I said. "HUDDLE!" I screamed. Clarisse nodded and dragged Andrew over to the middle of our side of the field after a lot of yelling like: ,"NICO, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR FRIKKIN CRACK LATER DUMBASS!" and "WELL, WASH THE DOG POOP OFF OF YOUR SHOE!", we finally got all the kids over to us. We talked strategy, or rather Clarisse and I talked strategy.

i was cocaptaining with annabeth, because we had both been at camp the longest. we got our team organized quickly. annabeth would lead the offense and i would stay back on defense, acting as the last defender. hermes had set up a bunch of traps around our flag, but i knew they wouldnt be nearly as good as the hephaestus traps on the other side.

when i woke up i heard celebrating noises in the background. "what happened?" i asked.
annabeth looked at me. "well, after you blacked out, we captured everyone but jaydia, andrew, and clarrise."
"so we won?" i asked.
"no. nobody could get past jaydias traps, and she captured everyone but the you and i. i stayed back on defense, and eventually, chiron called it a tie," she explained.
"so... who has the flag?" i asked.
"its in the big house, unclaimed," annabeth told me.

"TRAITOR!" i yelled at jeremy. these were obviously enemy haflbloods! i kept fighting, even though pretty much everyone else had stopped to wathc the fire. it was just me, the ares cabin, and a few other campers, mostly the older ones. i ran throuhg the fire encircled in water so i would be okay. i started cutting down the demigos right and left. i didnt stop till someone grabbed my arm adn forced me to the ground. it was jeremy. i spat in his face. "how could you, you bastard?" i half yelled.
he shook his head. "do what, jelene? why do you think im a traitor?"
