  I'm new here, please welcome me?

  New Title

  

  If you will look at My Bookshelf, you'll find four books (a series)written by a personal friend of mine, a GREAT author, and mostly unknown and his superb novels unread...won't you give them a try?

  They are - in chronological order - as follows:

  1: Through Violet Eyes

  2: With Red Hands

  3: In Golden Blood

  4: From Black Rooms

  This "The Violet Series" set of novels written by my personal friend Stephen Woodworth (I call him Steve) are right up this group's alley, and I know you'll thoroughly enjoy them - won't you try them out? You won't be disappointed, I assure you!

  One of the characters in the first book is actually based (loosely) on me, and my friend Steve "gave me" a first-printing copy, which he "personally" signed and wrote a "thank you note/personal message" in for me! Enjoy... I know you will.

  I noticed on your Bookshelf that you have already read the second installment "With Red Hands" of this "The Violet Series" but haven't read the FIRST one!

  Although each novel "stands alone" by it's own merits,if read in chronological order, they are MUCH more enjoyable and understood better. Please read them "in order" to better enjoy this superb series and author/novels, alright? Thanks all; I know you won't be disappointed with these books!!!

  Welcome Terrell.
  We have already selected the November group read to be “the darker side” By Cody Mcfadyen. But this is a great suggestion for the December read. We actually have not read any of “The Violet Series” yet. The way shelfari has set up the group self’s are reading currently and have read. But I set up the shelf to put any and all books that fit into the group heading on the shelf. Mostly to get shelfari’ens to the site by looking up a book to see what group has that book on its shelf. Fell free to add books to the shelf that fit in the “Psycho serial killers” theme.

  Also, I can't recommend these "The Violet Series" novels highly enough - the BEST I've ever read!!!

  I tried (and failed) to put these books on your "shelf" so if you could do this for me; and please read these books, okay?!!! My friend Steve would really appreciate that!
