Basically, we started off as a small group of friends that wanted an excuse to get out of the house. We meet once or twice a month to pick out our newest book at our local bookstore. While drinking coffee and smoothies we decide on which book to read next as a group! Reading is something we all have in common, and it's something we can lose ourselves in when we've had a long day! So far our book club list consists of mainly Chick Lit, but we are also planning to read some mystery/thriller's soon. Anyone is invited to join our group, so far we consist of women between the ages of mid-twenties to mid-thirties from all different walks of life.

Let me know what you think :)
I was wondering, since we have a few core people that usually join in the monthly book discussion and some others that try to join when possible, that maybe we could each choose a book to read for each month up to December?? What do you think of that? That way we could each mark off a book from our own personal reading list. We would also know which books we'll be reading for the upcoming months and can plan accordingly. I ususally check books out at my library or request them on PaperBackSwap.com which can take a couple of weeks to get them. So anyways let me know what you think. As of now, we are reading "Something Blue" by Emily Giffin for the month of April and "It's about your husband" by Lauren Lipton for the month of May and I would like to read "This Christmas" in the month of December. So we would still need books for June through November. So if everyone could recommend a book & the month they'd like to read it, we can go ahead and fill up our monthly reading list.
