I liked it but I felt like it wasn't totally satisfying. Like I wanted a big piece of cake and I only got a mini-cupcake. I preferred "What Happens In London". I loved the banter that goes on in WHIL.
I didn't really care for "Mr. Cavendish..." - and I haven't read it's mirror story(mainly because I was put off by the Mr. Cavendish story.
I've read the bridgerton series.. i just love lady whistledown^^
I read that book and was a bit disappointed in Sebs charecter .. he seemed more fun in the last one... still it was an enjoyable read for me
Just finished reading it, and honestly i didn't get a sense of the plot or even the climax. I thought the characters were ok, but the story was very weak.
not her best but you have to admit it would be hard to top the bridgerton series
I agree the last few of her books weren't nearly as satisfying as the Bridgerton series, which are hard to follow. Regardless, I'm still super anxious to read her new book coming out late May! It looks like it may live up to the Bridgerton series (fingers crossed until May).
