We all want the world to be a better place -- less garbage, less pollution, more trees and green stuff.Still, we're lazy. Most of us aren't going to picket polluters or collect cans from street corners for recycling or campaign to institute greener practices in our cities and towns, even though we have a sneaking suspicion that we probably should.Still, there are a lot of little things we can do to reduce the amount of garbage we produce and there are many businesses that are going as green as possible that deserve our support. Let's share them here!***PLEASE NOTE: I would like this group to be a place where one may get ideas of easy eco friendly things to do, so that everyone can feel as if they are contributing to the betterment of our living space, even if it is only a teeny, tiny minuscule contribution. It all adds up. So let's aim for encouraging posts and helpful hints rather than the guilt inducing ones, all righty? = DAlso, if you have a product or book, etc, to recommend and have ACTUALLY USED OR READ the thing yourself, feel free to throw it up there. But please don't use this space to advertise your completely unrelated book of poetry or new novel. Thanks! ****The management thanks you in advance for your cooperation.
