Currently I'm reading The Pleasure of my company by Steve martin(turning out to be much better than shopgirl) and I was told there'd be cake: Essays by sloane crosely. This year I read the virgin suicides and the glass menagerie which were both really good.

I'm currently reading "The Waste Lands" by Stephen King (third in the Dark Tower series). It's an incredible series thus far.

I recently (Monday) bought a copy of the musical Spring Awakening. I found out yesterday that McG (director of Charlie's Angels) is working on a movie version.

I've always meant to read some Stephen King, Alyssa L, as a friend of mine in high school loved him, I just never have. Maybe I'll add him to my wishlist.

And a movie version of Spring Awakening by McG? I don't know how I feel about that, but my initial reaction is not very pleased.

I'm currently reading Deja Dead by Kathy Reichs (among other things, but they are all on my reading list for my english degree at university, so they don't really count as I HAVE to read them haha). I've just started reading crime fiction as my dad's really into it and I love the crime genre when it comes to TV and movies.

I never really liked reading it in the past as I was a bit of a book snob! Real literature or nothing for me! Now I'm doing my english degree though I've realised it doesn't really matter what you read as long as you're enjoying it. So I've got years worth of trashy novels to catch up on!

I started to read The Time Traveller's wife on night shift. Best decision I ever made!

After many of my family members found themselves in the hospital this summer, I needed something very reassuring, so I started re-reading Anne of Green Gables.
