It's nice to see book reviews accessible to everyone, but I'm going to add some here too so our reviews are more accessible to eac other without getting buried in the review piles at Shelfari.

Life of Pi
You are a young boy in a lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for several months with nothing but your thoughts and a 400 lb Bengal tiger for company, with only your faith and wits to guide you...and you survive the ordeal. A heart-wrenching yet inspirational story, so realistic, it will have you not just believing that Pi (the young boy) exists, but that you are right there in the lifeboat existing with him, AS him. Profound courage and moral fiber and a great depth of philosophy ride the currents between the lines. One of my favorites!
The Power of Now
No matter how dark, senseless, or futile your life may appear, this book WILL lift you out of it and can KEEP you out of its negativity by showing you the beauty and light of who you truly ARE. Superb guidance for the only moment that there is...right NOW.
Illusions
A delightfully entertaining book for those on spiritual quests. "Illusions" opened many doors for me and the many truths it holds are thought provoking as well as comforting. There is great guidance in this book. Easily understood and can be read in one sitting. Very highly recommended.
The God Code
Although its message is astounding, and Braden's proof is incontrovertible, the book is a bit heavy on technicalities and research. Fascinating but can be "mind-numbing" in spots.
Conversations With God (an uncommon dialogue) Book 1
The only book I've ever read that so closely matches the many truths I learned during my "Life-after-death" experience over 25 years ago. My problem was that I had no way to express them. This book says it all and says it so very well! Packed with phenomenal messages for humanity and a very clear blueprint for learning to love one's self. It doesn't preach or lecture, but conveys a great depth of love.
The Te of Piglet
It IS as it IS. Benjamin Hoff speaks well from the characters' perspective as well as with their voices to bring to life and light the philosophies and teachings of Te. Easy to read and understand.
