I am an English and Russian teacher - sub for right now. I am 35, no children but a really great husband that is the assistant manager of Barnes and Noble. I drive a Mini Cooper S and race it in the summer. Right now, I am not fond of taking it out because the pot holes are as big, or bigger than the car! I read all the time. I am currently on a British Royals kick, but taking a break to read some other interesting stuff. I love to hear about other people's true crime reads. Lots of times, they are things I would never have thought of! When I am trapped at home in the cold, I watch Travel Channel - Samantha Brown and Anthony Bourdain No Reservations and then I switch to A & E Crossing Jordan and finally, X-Files on SciFi. I would have never cooked this wicked little show stopper up if I had not had Pneumonia this fall. Daytime TV stinks, you have to have a helmet and a plan to survive. Then I take a nap with my two Cats - The Gray Mouser and Anton Chekov. They are so used to my schedule they get the bed all day until X-Files is over. If I have a sub day I make sure that my books are packed. That is what really matters. The kids get updates on what I read in hopes that eventually want to read too. I am looking forward to spring. We rocked our alley to our garage last year. This year we are removing a rock area from out front yard and planting flowers. Anything hearty or considered a butterfy draw, let me know. Right now there is this hideous stump there, but I am planning to get that taken care of ASAP. Oh, I have MS. No biggie. It just explains why I get so sick all the time.
