    The Simple Complex...

    I have had to do much searching to understand my body because of intially, want/curiousity and need. Aside from knowing that myself or anyone I have encountered knows all there is to know, I believe the body is a "simple complex." What I mean by that is there is a fundamental concept that remains the same to all humans despite the individual used as an example.The most important foundation to achieeve positive results in life is discipline. True discipline already entails the aspect of consistency. Through your discipline, habits are formed whether positive or negative.
