What do you like about Harlequin Romance?

I was wondering what everyone likes about Harlequin Romance as a line and what they feel makes it unique. For me, the heroes and also the tender romance element, making it about emotions and those intangible things to do with love. And of course, the fact that they are perfect reads at certain times like when life is hectic or a family member is sick, etc. The more I read in this line, the more fascinated I become with the short romance form too. I like long reads very much but I am also just amazed by the variety of things that can be done in short romance.

I like that they are short reads that give you that "feel good" feeling when you're finished.

Me too! There is nothing better than Harlequin romance when I have had a rough day or a family member is sick. Basically I like them any time but those are the kinds of moments when I like them even more than ususal.

Also, when I've read a deep book. I have to read a shorter, lighter romance. I can't even think about reading another deep book right after.
