I read the second in the series, Laced with Magic, not knowing it was a sequel and really enjoyed it. Now I need to go back and read Casting Spells
Oh my gosh, yes you need to read Casting Spells. You will understand so many things that happen in the 2nd book. When you do read it, please PM me, maybe we can talk about them.
A question I have, since you read one of them, is - Are there other books out there like these?I am not a real vampire fan, I did read the first Sookie Stackhouse book and thought it was "OK". But for some reason I just loved these. Have your read any other series that are similar?I don't want real "hard core" paranormal, I liked the quirkiness of it, the fun, chick-lit type that these were.
So would the Twilight series be considered Paranormal chick lit?
Prob. could be, I am not a twilight fan.But from what I hear, maybe more on the Romance side??? Don't know.
Melody if you haven't read them, you should try "Casting Spells" and "Laced with Magic"They are really fun reads!
I'll make sure to add them to my list. I had been so busy lately that I haven't read in the last couple of months..but I'm glad to say I'm finally reading again. Right now I'm reading Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella, next is Best Friends Forever by Jennifer Weiner and then This Christmas will be my Christmas read for the year. How has your reading by state been going?
I have actually been a reading maniac!Reading about 2-3 books per week!I've just really been into it lately. Normally I read about 1 per week, but the past 3 months it has been 2-3. I have read alot of real good books too!
I greatly recommend the Undead series by MaryJanice Davidson.Funniest paranormal book ever.I really love it, you should try reading a few books from the series, the first one id Undead and Unwed
Oh really? I've seen them but I didn't know they were funny.I will have to look into them. What is the first book, and do you have to read them in order?
