  EDIT---cannot change book status

  At the moment I have four books marked "I am Reading Now" that will NOT change to "I Have Read".
  Also, FWIW, when I do change from reading to have read, I do not get the drop-down calendar for adding the date read.
  
  Has this happened to anyone else, is there a way around it?

  Not happening to me but just to ensure something:

  These options are not toggle switches. You probably already know this but you have to "uncheck" an old status as well as "check" the new status.

  I did find another member who hadn't realized that so, just in case...

  May have absolutely nothing to do with your issue.

  Thanks for the reply, DL---yes, I have noticed that these are not toggle switches---in fact, you can have them all checked at the same time. But Thanks ever so much for the suggestion!! Hopefully, someone else will come up with something.

  Interesting---this morning I tried; the first book accepted the "edit" change just fine, with the date and everything. Then the change would NOT work.???

  Aha! Hadn't thought of the browser---have been using Google's Chrome; I really like it.

  But...just went to my shelf with IE and it looks as if it is going to work (it did this time!)

    Okay, the EDIT button should be working with Chrome (a browser, I really like too!). I'll have to test it out on another computer to see if I have the same problem.
