وطن ِ عزیز پاکستان میں سیلاب کے حوالے سے۔
آپ نے لکھا ہے کہ آپ ڈیموں کا سوچتے رہیئے ۔ آپکا یہ بھائی صغیر احمد جعفری برسوں سے لکھ رہاہے کہ میں ان چند انجینیئرز میں سے ہوں جنہیں ۱۹۶۲ میں منگلا ڈیم پراجکٹ پر شب و روز کام کرنے کا موقع ملا ۔ منگلا اور تربیلا ڈیم کی تعمیر کے بعد میرے جیسے تجربہ کار انجینیئرز اور دیگر ٹیکنیکل اسٹاف کو امید تھی کہ عقل کو استعمال میں لاکر ہمارے تجربے سے فائدہ اٹھا یا جا ئیگا اور مستقبل کی بجلی اور پانی کی ضرورت کو سامنے رکھ کر مذید نئے ڈیم ، ھا ئد رو الیکٹرک پاور اسٹیشنز ، ہائی وولٹیج ٹرانسمشن لا ئنز ، لوڈ ڈسپیچ سنٹرز ، مطبوط کارآمد پاور اور واٹر نیٹ ورک سسٹم وغیرہ تیار کیا جاتا ۔ تجربہ کار انجینیئرز اور دیگر مخلص پاکستانی لکھتے رہے شور مچاتے رہے سمجھاتے رہے لیکن ، ایسا محسوس ہوتاہے کہ سیا ست ، سیاست فۡط سیاست آ ڑھے آ تی رہی نتیجہ آپ سب کے سامنے ہے گرمی سردی برسات ہر موسم میں بجلی پانی غائب ۔
اسی لئے میں نے بار بار لکھا کہ پرانے صدر ، وزیر ِ اعظم ، واپڈا کے
چیئر مینز ، پرانیے بجلی اور پانی کے وزیروں سب کو پکڑیں اور تحریک ، پاکستان کے صغیر احمد جعفری جیسے پرانے کارکنوں کے سامنے پیش کریں جہاں چیف جسٹس سپریم کورٹ ، موجودہ صدر ، وزیر ِ اعظم بھی موجود ہوں اور اگر ثابت ہو جائے کہ ان کی غفلت ، حماقت اور سستی کی وجہ سے پیارے وطن پاکستان میں مذید ضروری ڈیم وغیرہ تعمیر نہ ہو سکے جبکہ ، چین اور کئی دوسرے ممالک نے بر وقت سینکڑوں ڈیم وغیرہ بناکر اپنے اپنے دیس کو مسلسل ترقی کی صحیح راہ پر گامزن رکھا ۔
تو انہیں قوم کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے ۔

Please read my hundreds of letters/messages etc. on the subject of construction of essential Dams,Power Stations etc. in which,I have been pointing out that experienced power & water engineers like your brother Saghier Ahmed Jafri and other experienced technical people who worked on important Mangla Dam construction project had expected that their services will be utilised for construction of dozens of more such very important projects of national importance.
Why not enough dams / essential dams were not constructed.There must be proper accountability and punishment by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
I as an old Pakistan Independence Movement Worker,Old member of Muslim Students Federation (participated actively in Tehreek e Pakistan under the DYNAMIC LEADERSHIP of our GREAT LEADER QUAID e AZAM MUHAMMED ALI JINNAH - Many men,women,children sacrified their lives and many like me survived , were injured several times and kept on leading students rallies in Ajmer , Other parts of Rajhastan and Delhi for British leave India , We want our beautiful country PAKISTAN under the wonderful leadership of JINNAH SAHIB) request the President,Prime Minister,Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to conduct full inquiry by a large bench of the court so that the PAKISTANIS and the OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS may know as to who were responsible for all the POWER and WATER SHORTAGES and , WHAT MUST BE DONE NOW TO ENSURE PROPER WATER and POWER/ENERGY POLICY and most IMPORTANT ? IMPLEMENT in TIME?
