I like the whole deathly hallows angle.
Its amazing how she brings in new aspects into each story , and the way it all ties in so well.
But I didnt care much for the last chapter with all the superfluous information about children etc.
She forgot to tell us who the new headmaster of Hogwarts was. It would have been fun to see that Snape too had his potrait on the wall to visit. So that he could make his usual sarcastic remarks to the current headmaster. hahahah

Yeah I totally agree about the new aspects in the story...ini #6, the new one was the Horcruxes! That was totally surprising.
Actually, I liked the last chapter in the book....I was wondering what was going to happen to Harry later in his life. :) And I loved the names she chose for their children; they all had a reason, except I don't know about "Rose" and "Hugo".
Yeah, she did forget to tell us....she forgot to tell us a lot of things, like who was that crying child that Dumbledore and Harry "couldn't help"????
Hey, can I add you as a friend?
      Thnx!
      luv,
      me

Do you mean who was the new Headmaster after Snape's, erm... well, you know...? Gosh, I can't ever post to these without giving stuff away, but I'm trying... Is that what you mean? Because if so, she probably didn't say who the new Headmaster was, because the story was finished and over with. There would be no more, as she had promised to us years ago, since there's only seven years. Thus, no need to say who the new Headmaster was. But I'm guessing it was Harry. ^^ Maybe Ron, so he can get some glory? But Ron doesn't have Hermione's smarts, so maybe it was her! It was definitely not McGonagall, because JKR has said, "she was getting on in years." That's almost a direct JKR quote. ^^

Actually JKR has said in an interview that Harry and Ron became Aurors and Hermione something to so with Legal stuff in the ministry. Im actually not dying to know who the headmaster is ..its just that she since she bthered to tell us the first and middle name of all the kids born thereafter she could have tied up some more loose ends. My favorite character in HP is Snape. Love these complex characters.

i like almost everything about the book. the way JKR has described each and every scene is lovely... especially her description of shell cottage... it sounds like a lovely place...
and then, ofcourse, the way harry fights voldemort.

You know it could be Prof. McGonagall because she is the transfiguration teacher and from my experience of reading Harry Potter tells me that the transfiguration teacher always become the headmaster

I loved it all. except for the 19 years part. It seemed like it was really rushed and that JK Rowling was trying to jam a lot of information into one little chapter. I really wish she would write some books a bout Harrys kids Albus, James and Lily. Even if there not action packed. Just normal books about there lives. With duels and stuff. It would be really cool

I think i agree.................they seem such a mistry that u can never really get hold of their character!!
Except that i think i just love the way the 7th book is set up (especially the deathly hallows part)

What I like? Well there are many reasons. Some of them are:
1-The way J.K Rowling presents her story.
2- A lot of the knowledge about spells, magic and potions were exposed in this book.
3- The value of bravery, friendship, love and loyalty were put to the test.
