Some government departments have embraced it and implemented well and others have taken the control freak approach. To many cooks spoil the broth.
Companies House and the Royal Mail are good and the tax man leaves much to be done, with stall to many forms and to much red tape. The latest being mlr.
As highlighted in Druckers' book Post-capitalist Society these changes are needed so that government can better serve its public being the end users of their services.
