Facts Don't Matter
When things head south in a business situation, one should be able to rely on the judicial system to apply the law. That is not always the case as I explain in my book. If there is inappropriate interference or political favors, or corporation documents and laws ignored to get to the desired decision. Overreach and thinking that judicial or political thinking should determine a decision in spite of constitution, laws, corporation documents, etc., we are living in a lawless nation.
It is indeed a cautionary true tale.
I would like to hear from anyone who reads the book.
