What would you like to read first?

Friends - Thanks for signing up for something you know nothing about, just because I started it. That's very inspiring!

So let's get started with a book. Any ideas, or shall we wait for more than 5 of us?

Keep smiling and making it great!

    Hi Phil and Group members,

I'm always happy with a Getting Things Done discussion. I could probably use one now anyway... I've really allowed myself to get buried in my own success - not that I'm complaining or anything :). I've got the idea of getting all this stuff out of my head pretty well down... it's actually doing something about it beyond that step that's become pretty haphazard.

Thanks Lyman. I'm always up for a GTD refresh too. Let's see what the others say, and then we can move forward on September 1st.

Hmmm... interesting that one can't reply to a reply to a reply. :)

Sounds good, Phil. I'm interested in hearing what other people would like to talk about. Since GTD *would* be a refresher for me as well, I'm open to something new instead.

How's the discussion going? Getting Things Done is so awesome, it really goes deep. Has anyone read his second book, "Ready for Anything". It really helps convey the depth of the philosophy, it starts getting spiritual when you really start thinking about it.

I have not read "Made to Stick" yet - so that's definitely on my must read list. And I read "Getting Things Done" a while ago....could probably use a refresher.

And I must be the only business book lover who hasn't yet read "The Tipping Point" - I plan to change that soon. Seems like a good time for me to read that.

    Warmly,
    Donna

I am excited to see all the ideas here. Blink is a great book to read. And one must read 7 habits of Effective People.

      Let us jump on GTD

I'd love to see a Getting Things Done discussion. I don't know if anyone has discovered Steve Chandler, but his work is really amazing as well. His "Reinventing Yourself" is great, so is "100 Ways to Motivate Others". I'm really impressed with his coaching for self-leadership and mastery.
