Can anyone recommend a good (or a few) book on acrylics?

I really quite like "Painting With Acrylics" by Arnold Lowrey, it isn't a huge book (96 pages), but it is very informative, including demos, materials, colour mixing and the difficulties associated with applying the paint. Mostly the book covers landscapes though.

Arnold also frequents WETCANVAS.COM where you can see his tutorials and talk with others about acrylics.

Two books I love are: Celebrate your Creative Self by Mary Todd Beam - "with more that 25 exercises to unleash the artist within" and Painting from the Inside Out by Betsy Dillard Stroud. Go online and go to Robert Burridge.com. He teaches workshops on acrylic all over the country and boy is he amazing and FUN! He has a few books and tapes on his site. Enjoy!
