I first picked up a Nora Roberts' novel at the age of... I don't actually remember. Thirteen, fourteen maybe? But you've got to admit that I read the right one - "Honest Illusions." It's still my favourite, and according to me, her best novel.
To introduce myself, i am Dori and come from Bulgaria. I'm a huge bookacholic and have read almost everything by NR.
What I like about her books is the tension, the way she builds the characters, and the dialogue. Oh, and the stubbornness of the characters, of course :)))
Usually, I begin reading a series (meaning trilogies, mostly) with the third book. Naturally, the first book I read in the series is often my favourite one.
Valley of Silence
Face the Fire
One Man's Art + all the MacGregors
Key of Knowledge
Innocent, Naked, Reunion .... in Death
A short list, I know, but these are my ultimate favourites. There are many more that I love, and have, and reread.
