Who do you think writes the best romantic suspense, or at least stands out above the crowd?

Personally, I like Suzanne Brockmann, Elizabeth Lowell, and Julie Garwood.

I just joined this group, but one of my all time fav authors who now writes in the romantic suspense category is Sandra Brown. I have a ton of others I read as this is by far my favorite genre.

I like all of the ones you mention. In addition, I really love Tara Janzen's books. I highly recommend them for anyone who likes hot, sexy suspsense. I've enjoyed Gennita Low's books, also. Patricia, I'll have to try Sandra Brown.
