Hello I am new to this group and I must say there are alot of authors here which is great for those of us trying to get ours stories published. I also wanted to mention a critque group that I belong to if anyone else would like to join please come on over.

Hi Suzanne, I do think critiquing a great way to learn. I made so many newbie errors starting out. I saw them more easily when I critiqued others, then I'd go to my own writing and see that I had done the same thing. I am thankful for all my critique partners!

This is something my yahoo review group was just discussing the other day. This sounds like a great idea. My only question, how do we protect our work, as trust can be a major issue for authors.

Hi Briana we post one or two chapters a week then we wait for our critque to come back and we delete these files then put up the next ones for the following week. I have been with this group for six months now and they are great. There are many authors on the main site that monitor this site I belong to both they are great. We usually post on Sundays and send the critques we did to that person we don't post the critque file we send it to that person. I usually do about three to four critques a week it helps me with my writing also. Hope this helps and hope to see you there.
