  I see that the group is reading SM Sterling, I have not read or heard of the author, but will check local store and see if I can get a copy.
  
  I just (past couple months) aquired the hammers slammers books by Drake, individually. The books on the shelf are compilations, are you reading the hammers slammers end to end or particular ones?

  I've read Sterling but not the one on this shelf... I've enjoyed his "The Change" series but that's more of a PA genre then a Military SciFi...
