    24. My Friend the Enemy by J. B. Cheany (266 pages)

    A wonderful book, for adolescents and adults alike, about the way Japanese Americans were looked at during World War II. It made me think of "Snow Falling on Cedars" but for a younger audience.

    26. The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak (550 pages) Really interesting approach to Germany in WWII. The book is narrated by "Death".

    27. Last Light by Terri Blackstock (367 pages) First book in a fiction series about God turning off everything electric or electronic in an effort to return our attention Him. There's a murder mystery thrown in as well. This is the ninth book I've finished since school ended.
