    Is Money Wealth?

Money is defined as anything which at any time is generally accepted as
    1) a medium of exchange and
    2) a measure of value.
With the widespread use of credit, the use of money (cash) is limited to transactions where 1) the parties do not expect to meet again or 2) the parties do not trust each other.
Is money wealth to you as an individual?
Is money wealth to the nation or society where you belong?
Should governments print money and use the same to pay the services of its employees, the cost of infrastructure, equipment and supplies it requires?
