Books to keep me reading

I'm currently reading Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (the 3rd book in the Twilight series) and I am really enjoying it thus far. But I'm about to finish it and I was wondering if you guys can recommend anything you find worthy. You can check my shelf to see what genre I'm inclined to (I tend to go all around like from YA fantasy to Adult fiction, etc.). Also include a short review to your book suggestion so that I can also get a clear picture of what it's about before I get it. Thanks!
