I want to personally thank all of you for being such passionate members of the Shelfari community. I appreciate that you let us know what you love about Shelfari, what we can do better and about any issues you encounter while using the site.
As many of you know, for the past 3 months we have been experiencing an intermittent issue where search results show that book titles/authors cannot be found even though the books exist in our catalog. Many of you have reported this bug and I know it's been frustrating using Shelfari while book search doesn't consistently work. I wanted to give you an update and let you know that fixing this bug is the #1 priority for our team. We are actively working with different individuals to implement a solution as quickly as possible.
To make it easier for you to stay updated, I've created this specific thread to let you know our progress. I will be posting here every day until book search is fixed. This thread will have the most current information, so please check here to learn how we're progressing or to let me know if you have any questions.
