  Problem uploading cover

  I have been trying to add a cover for the following book but keep getting an error message:
  
  http://www.shelfari.com/books/694773/The-Easter-Charade
  
  Is there currently a problem with cover uploads? Or perhaps something else up with Shelfari or what I am doing?

    Hmmm. I haven't had any issue with uploading.

    Two things you might try:

    1) Use a different browser to test the issue and
    2) Try a different book to see if you get the same problem. (If you need the "test" cover removed if successful, we can do that for you.)

    Oh - one more question:

    Were you adding a cover to the list of covers or are you trying to add a cover to a specific edition?

    I was trying to add a cover to a specific edition.

    I tried to upload a cover for a different book and got the same error message.

    I am using Mozilla Firefox so I opened Internet Explorer and tried to add the cover image for the second book. It worked - so there must be something in my Firefox settings that is causing the problem. I'll have to play around with it a bit to see if I can get it to work. Thanks for your help.

    Glad you got it to work. FF is SO very strange. I use it as my primary browser but, every now and then, it shows me the weirdest results!

  This appears to be a problem with Firefox 12. I 'downgraded' to Firefox 11 and am now able to upload images again.

  I am having the same problem but am using Chrome as my browser. The "Upload a cover from your computer to display on your shelf." icon is not clickable. I have tried this on many books and the same thing happens.

  I have used Chrome for nearly two years and not had this problem.

  I then tried to upload the cover using Firefox 7.0and it worked.

  Not sure what to adjust in Chrome for this to work

  Hmmm. I'm using FF13.0 and not seeing the problem. Also tested Chrome 19.
