This is a nice book, if a bit scholarly (it's by an academic not a popular writer.)
It's whole point is to call in question some of the concepts being taken as fact in the food world, from diet to policy to economics. It mentions several other books discussed on this board (sometimes in praise, sometimes critically) so should be of interest to most.
