To be honest the only one I have ever listened to was Malcolm Gladwell's Blink. It's a really cool idea he has for the argument of making snap decisions and trusting your gut instinct. But it does make you think and ponder and since you don't want to be concentrating, that's probably not a good thing.

I read a book called Soon I Will be Invinsible by Austin Grossman, about the life and times of an evil arch-villain as he battles a cadre of good guys. There's a small mystery to uncover and it was fun to read, not very heavy at all. That might be a good one to listen to.
