The Native Issues group is devoted to literature and other works by and about Native people. Many of the books are about Native America, but you will find a few that have to do with natives from other places. Since this group was created, it has grown in membership, mostly by people finding the group on their own, adding discussions and books that have proved important to members in their quest to understand the native experience. You will find that this group is not as big as some, but that is an asset here...a formidable minority in a sea of dominant culture. (Just kidding really, an overly sentimental, idealized, romanticized parallell to the world's native populations.)
This group is open to everyone who has an interest.

Geronimo Quote
New Title
I cannot think that we are useless or God would not have created us.
There is one God looking down on us all. We are all the children of one God.
The sun, the darkness, the winds are all listening to what we have to say. ~Geronimo
