Welcome Nikki. I enjoy reading Buddhist literature. It is always able to give one an enlightening insight into life, increasing the degree of fulfilment. A pretty good on-line resource is here: http://online.sfsu.edu/~rone/Welcome.htm

Stay and share the good books you read. :)

The most useful and valuable "self help" books I have ever read or recommended are books with Buddhist philosophy.

You are right Pampe. My life is full of strife, unhappiness and dissatisfaction (and I don't mean the lack of material comforts) until I practised Buddhism. And the irony is that I might not even know that my life was full of 'suffering' until I look back at what my life has been like from the present after practising Buddhism. At that time, I sure would not know what is the root cause of my unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

I would certainly not want to go back to that life.
