  I just finished watching Gentleman Prefer Blondes. Marilyn Monroe plays a gold digger named Lorelai. I was kind of taken back because Gilmore Girls is the first time I ever heard that first name used.

    So the first time I watched Gilmore Girls and after some traumatising visites to this part of Rhein in my childhood, I had some "How can you name your child like that"-moments. But now I find it kind of cool...
