The Ankh-Morpork Auxiliary Pratchett Society

Are you a fan of the honourable Terry Pratchett? Well then, The Ankh-Morpork Auxiliary Pratchett Society is the group for you! At least we're pretty certain it is. We'll find out I suppose. Discworld is of course terribly popular with Pratchett fans, but our group will focus on any of his works.

Did anyone else see this? I hadn't heard about the Alzheimer's thing, so that made me a little sad. Its nice to see how he's dealing with it, though.

Have you (or anybody else) seen the speech he gave at the Alzheimer Society's meeting? You can watch it online together with an interview:
When you get to the article you can click on the video link - it gives you his speech as well as an exclusive interview.

I didn't watch this, does it tell about his large donation? I've heard his fans are trying to match it, but I don't have the link available.

Yes he speaks about the donation, but there is no link about the place where fans can send donations to.

Thanks for the link. I think it's great that so much activity has started for Alzheimer's thanks to Terry's public action.
