Erin & Mattie's Hunger Games (RPG)

Welcome to the Hunger Games! Act it all out from the Reaping to your death (or victory). This is a continuation of our old Hunger Games group - http://www.shelfari.com/groups/93486/about - so if you hear anything about the 24th or 25th Games, they happened there. Hope to keep this one alive!

    Name: Pearl Hawkings
    Gender: F
    Age: 17
    District: 8

Appearance: Pearl has dead straight, long strawberry hair that sweeps down her back, clearly no effort put into it. Behind her thick-rimmed, round sunglasses are milky blue, non-functioning eyes. She attempted to flawlessly apply bright red lipstick upon her thin lips. Pearl also has pale, clear skin and a tall, thin figure. She usually wears clothing that is comfortable, style not exactly her concern. Her fingers are long and slender- much like a spider’s legs – used to play the piano.

Personality: She is interesting. She’s pretty much a loner, hating everyone in her path, no remorse in the mix. Raised in an environment where she was judged and rejected, she thinks that she should judge and reject people as well- making her an anti-social freak. Pearl tends to have emotional breakdowns, and pushes away people closest to her. She is pretty screwed up and no one knows what’s in her head.

Strengths (3): Her five senses exceed dramatically, Aim, Daggers

Weakness’ (min of 3): Well, she is blind. She is anti-social. Pearl is unable to swim very well.

Reaping Story (optional): I have always been one who has been alone. My guardians (I can't even consider them my grandparents anymore) hate me and my parents- the only people I loved and loved me- died in a fire. No one wants me around and I nothing to lose left, but my life.
A death-like suspense was locked in the air for a few seconds. Who was going to be called? Are they going to be killed? What are the odds?
That's when my name was said.
"Pearl Hawkings," I heard being projected from the microphone. Hisses were shot at me from everywhere and I felt a cold air wrap around me as I looked up with a slightly startled face. A negative echo rained upon me as I heard murmurs. Feeling the presents of Peacekeepers approaching me made me feel more suffocated.
As I was escorted to the stage, I heard people yelling at me. "Die! You rotten blind girl!" "</i>Blind witch!</i>" "It's about time they executed her!" These insults and attacks weren't foreign to me, but they came at me worse now. My stomach felt hallow and daggers seemed like they were being pierced at me. I felt my hair being tugged as I felt looking forward. Small objects were aimed at me as an army of rants and boos filled my ears. Tears filled my ears and the next thing I knew I was crying. I hadn't cried in ages, not since I was bullied in first grade for being blind.
I wondered how my grandparents were reacting to this, how many of my classmates were laughing, or how much my teachers and neighbors were gossiping; not that it would concern me anymore, since I'm going to die.
Once I was on the stage, I looked up blankly, the roar only turning up a few notches. "Let's watch this b**ch burn on a stake!"" "About time she's killed like her sick parents!" It took a while the crowd to cool down and the small objects attacking me to conclude. I could almost hear the snickers of those of kicked dust into my mouth.
    I have always been alone.

fail.. i didn't have time. i'll edit it later

    Biography (optional): Later, maybe

Weaknesses: Embarrassment, being insulted, hand to hand combat

    Name: Melody Evans

    Gender: Female

    Age: 13

    District: 1

Appearance: The "runt of the litter", even though Melody was a Career and all, she was definitely not as pretty as her sisters Harmony, Candace, Lisabeth, and Holly. They were all pretty, sure, but Melody's straight brown hair, unlike the rest of her family's curly blonde, was shocking. Her features included fair complexion, little nose, rosy lips and flushed cheeks, a tiny spray of freckles over her nose, normal ears, and sharp, brown eyes.

Personality: Melody was fearless. When she started her training at age 6, she was much better than her sisters. They were more pretty-faced than pretty-skilled. But her? Nope. She threw knives, used a bow and arrow, did pushups and situps, ran laps, climbed artificial trees, jump roped, rode horses, threw balls, and even threw a spear. Most boys called her the boygirl. Most girls called her an outcast. Though she was fearless, Melody was always compared to her perfect sisters as "imperfect". She was all alone, no one volunteered for her when her name was called at the Reaping. This turned Melody into a kinder, sweeter person. She cared for people like her, being compared to others just because you weren't beautiful.

Strengths (3): Knife-throwing, bow and arrow, running.

    Weakness’ (min of 3): Tree-climbing, swimming, spear-throwing.

Reaping Story (optional): Melody and her sisters all stood in a line. What if it was one of them? Holly looked worried. Candace remained proud looking and haughty. Lisabeth, the nicest, gave Melody's hand a quick squeeze. Harmony, second youngest, just stood still with a scared look on her face. Melody stood, expressionless. The Capitol lady said, "Ladies first, as usual." Her gloved and makeuped hand dug through a big pile of small papers. She went to the microphone again, and unwrapped the shiny pink paper. "Melody Evans!" Melody walked up, brave and sure, to the microphone with the lady. "Now, for the boys." The hand went in the shiny blue paper pile. But Melody wasn't listening. She thought one of her sisters would volunteer for her. No one did. Melody was disappointed.

Biography (optional): Melody was born on a cold January night, and had always been the smallest of the family. Mrs. Evans, her mother, couldn't give birth anymore. But the family had 5 beautiful daughters, so so what? But it wasn't true. Melody had been an outcast ever since she turned 4, and everyone could plainly see and compare the pictures of babyhood. Melody was definitely the worst-looking.

*Christina, this isn't based off you... it's based off a different Christina, i can change the name is it's too confusing)

    Name: Christina Eleanor Bibikos

    Gender: Female

    Age: 16

    District: 2

Appearance: Christina has long, rich black hair that reaches just past her knees. Her almond brown eyes notice everything. Her darker skin color(she's hispanic) makes her stand out from the rest of the pale, brunette haired civilians. She is tall, slender, and muscular. She has a swimmer's body, enhanced by running and other sports. Christina is beautiful, but she has never had a boyfriend*hint hint*.

Personality: Christina's personality depends on you. Whatever impression you make on her, she'll treat you in her corresponding way

Strengths (3): Any athletic involving skills, her ability to kill without hesitation, and her brain(she's smart, clever, etc)

Weakness’ (min of 3): relationships*again, hinting*, thunder, rats, spiders, people that are too nice

    Reaping Story (optional):
I put the finishing touches on my makeup and went to the kitchen to find Todd and my father, the latter surprisingly not suffering a hangover. "Hello, Christina. Lovely day, isn't it." I stared at him. He had barely spoken 10 words to me in the past year. "Christy?" he asked. Suddenly I was angry. "You don't call me Christy. You never have. Not even before Mom and Claire died. You do realize that 4 years ago today, Toby said goodbye, right? It's too late to reach out to me. I'm 16. It's too late." I kept myself from crying and I ran out, lifting the skirt of my dress as to not trip. I heard Todd yell my name, but I kept going. Luckily I hadn't cried. As far as the people at my school know, I have never shed a tear in my life. I can't fall apart now.
I stop in an ally to catch my breathe and compose myself. Todd comes. "Hey, it'll be fine. I think he feels guilty." "Obviously not enough, otherwise he would've reached out 4 years ago instead of today." "Let's just go to the square for the reaping." We walked to the square and I went to stand with the other 16 year olds. My "best" friends, Eliza and Corianna, stood with me. we were the "Popular Crowd" at school. Eliza- the perky ginger whos on the dim side; Corianna- The Beautiful brunette who knows the deets on everything; and me. We wait through the speeches and boring stuff. I look to the back to see Todd standing far away from my dad-- Todd is 19, he's done with the reapings. Lucky. Finally the capitol lady says "Ladies First!" and swirls her hand through the glass bowl for what seems like an eternity. I have 7 slips. Finally she pulls out a single slip. "Christina Bibikos! Come up darling!" I'm in shock. No. No. This can't be happening. No. I refuse. I can't be in the games. No. I just can't. Someone shoves me into teh aisle between the boys and girls. I adjust my pale pink dress and walk up onto the stage. I keep all emotion off my face. I make the mistake of looking at Todd. He's turned to the side, crying. Father is standing, emotionless, like me. I guess that's what I inherited from him, my ability to keep my feelings from showing. I don't hear who the boy is. I look him in the eyes as I shake his hand. I recognize him from school, but I can't place a name to the face.
I go into the Justice building. First father comes in, alone. He lets a tear fall. "I'm sorry." he says. I turn my head away from him. "I fell apart when your mother died. She was my reason for living. I'm sorry Christina, I am. I wish that I was a bigger part in your life. If you come back-- when you come back, we'll try this father daughter thing again." I don't look at him. "I'm sorry too." I whisper. i don't know if he heard me or not, but he left and Todd ran in.
"Oh Christina!" he cries. "I need you to come back. First Mom, then Claire, then Dad, then Toby-- I can't lose you too! I'll be alone!" I Turn to my brother. i start to cry. "Todd, I will try to win-- I will win. You have Dorian, your girlfriend. You have her, and she has you. She can keep you strong. Stay strong, Todd."
"As long as you do. I need you to stay strong to the end." "I will." We hug and cry into each other's shoulder's until the peacekeepers take him away. "Stay strong!" I yell as he leaves. I dab my eyes as I'm leaded to the train.

    Biography (optional):
Christina is one of 2 children. There used to be 4... Christina had an identical twin sister, Claire. Twins weren't common and were often shunned, and since Claire was an introvert and Christina is an extrovert, Claire offered to stay hidden. Not completely hidden, but hidden enough that no one besides officials and family knew about her. Christina and Claire loved each other-- they were sisters, they were twins, they were best friends. Then one year, when Christina was 11, Christina's mother and Claire both got really sick, and died. The two people that Christina really, truly loved most in the world-- gone. Christina's almost nonexistent relationship with her father crumbled. She was hoping her two older brothers-- Toby and Todd, not twins but irish twins-- born right after each other, so for about a month, they're the same age-- would reach out to her(though they already had a fairly good relationship), but they didn't. Their relationship kind of drifted to and fro until Toby was killed in the Hunger Games a few years prior to this. Then Todd and Christina really came together as siblings.
Long story short-- Christina and her brother Todd are really close, but it seems that everyone Christina gets close to, they die.
And of course Christina never let any of this show at school. She was one of the most popular girls in school. Her academic grades were D's, C's, and a B here and there, but no one cared about that-- they wanted athletic abilities. Christina put all her pain and sorrow into athletics. And poetry, but no soul on earth had seen it besides her.

oh my-- that's kind of really really sad.

I'm a Gamemaker, but I think you tributes should have a bit of background knowledge on your somewhat (and by somewhat I mean the opposite) merciful puppet master. Here you go..
    Name: Cynthia Steel
Gender: Female, but in that tough army general way
    Age: 26
Appearance: Cynthia has a strong build, rock hard muscles, perfect posture.. Her eyes are grey, light and one dimensional, they seem almost fake. She has strong cheekbones and full lips that rarely smile. Her hair is her only art form. While the rest of her life is structured and absolute, her hair is her one escape. Diverse braids, buns, and undos, she styles it flawlessly everyday. It has been dyed red, black, platinum blonde, even a bright purple. Currently, it is colored an icy, light blue that suits her name and reserved behavior.
Personality: Cold, unforgiving, and merciless. Strong, sharp, and tough. Only a few words to describe her public persona. Inside, she's a bit more emotional and soft. Never would you, a tribute, see this side of her. Cleverness is her best friend. Cynthia is also known for her quick thinking and cool headedness in chaos.
Biography: Raised by bubble head Capitolites, she always knew that wasn't her calling. She trained on her own until the golden age of 18 landed her in the hands of Peacekeepers by request. After five years of active duty as a Peacekeeper, she was invited to work in the Gamemaker crew. She worked her way up until finally, here she is, her first year, as Co- Gamemaker. Yay.

    Name- Terri Vasu

    District- District Five

    Age- 17 years old

    Gender- Female

Appearance- "Her beauty is beyond compare, with flaming locks of auburn hair, with ivory skin and eyes of forest green. Her smile is like a breath of spring, and her voice is soft like summer rain, a laugh so warm to melt your heart and her body like a work of art."
    - The Words Of A Friend

Personality- Head to toe, Terri is a physically attractive girl, but it isn’t her features themselves that charm the people she meets. She has a bright, mischievous smile that stands out on her face, the kind of smile that would make you wonder what she’s thinking about. Also, she tends to give off a sort of troublemaker aura. Odd to describe, I know, but just the way she holds herself and the way she moves tells it all. It wasn’t just her looks that earned her and her sister the name ‘the vixen twins.’ Although, you have to admit she does resemble the conniving creature in a few ways. You know, freckles and a pointed nose kind of make the picture stick. Now, I advise you to not get sidetracked while talking to her, possibly wondering about her fox-like qualities like me, because one slip up and she’ll rob you blind. True enough, if she likes you she might return your belongings after a thorough looking over. Maybe... And don’t you doubt, that looking over will be very thorough. Terri’s keen green eyes are trained to notice, and to leave nothing out. I mean honestly, hard detailed work in a power plant for nearly six years, and the rest spent living a tough street life—Without those eyes she’d be lying dead in a gutter somewhere. A very dirty one. With rats. See my point? No? Neither do I, so let’s skip that and move on to another somewhat-related topic! Terri is pretty sociable, I guess, in an excited and slightly over-enthusiastic way. No matter, she is quite friendly too and not even the tiniest bit shy! She is awkward at times, yes. Shy? Nope! Terri is just one idiosyncrasy after another! (And yes, that is a word. AND I just used it properly in a sentence. BOO-YA)

Strengths- Survival skills, stealth, and agility are some of her strengths.

Weaknesses- Large opponents and heavy things, she is easily outnumbered and overwhelmed if she can't escape quickly enough. Usually overthinks things.

Family- Deceased twin sister Tanya, from the 24th Games. Parents are long, long gone.

Biography- (In character) We were born into an dysfunctional, broken family. Torn from our birth parents to be put to labor at an early age, there was little to our childhood. Little except hard work, fragmented memories and a minimal pay. The power plantations were a child's nightmare, but unfortunately that's where most of us end up, one way or another. Though no one else knows it, five is the cruelest district. No, not strict, but cruel.

It all started with our mayor, many years ago before the hunger games had even been employed as a method of control. Mayor Roald Deeming was a chief of the district rebellion, a man of strength and pride. District five boomed, and for a while we held the power, literally. Until the Red Days came... The Capitol had seen our threat. And they pounced. Peacekeeper after peacekeeper flooded our doors, our homes. Lives were fought for, most were lost. My ancestor, Mayor Roald Deeming, was executed publicly seven days later after the fighting ended. Some bodies still sat cold in the streets, our district lying red with blood. That's why we call them the Red Days.

And so we became the most 'efficient' of them all, our people punished and our children put to work in labour plantations. But you know, it wasn't all fun and games. We were kept on a tight leash too, and in the neglect of our overworked population most of five has gone to slums. Yes, tattered ruins where small children loose lives... Well, that's my home. My sister and I eventually escaped the plant, running into the darkness of the city ruins. Living off the streets, foraging for food and picking pockets if we were ever low on anything. A pretty low life to live if you ask me.

It was two weeks after we ran that we discovered it. The secret society, the black market of district five. In a district so large, with so many residents, people like us tended to slip through the cracks and be forgotten. Only, not entirely... But my crusades will have to wait, another tale for another time, eh? Here we go, now, Tanya and I (That's my twin, duh) were adopted into the society of criminals and taught the arts of street living. It was how we survived bitter winters and disease-ridden summers in a cruel district like five.

Goldeneyes, the general leader of this extensive criminal ring, was like a surrogate father to us. He even even watched one horrid reaping day... When... When Tanya's name... Was picked. Yes, Tanya. The girl I'd never lived without, the girl in all her cunning and wicked wit still died at the hands of her own mind. Nightlock. Just like that, and she was gone... Forever. My other half, my only family... Two years have passed since then, two years of crying and sorrow. But there's no time for that anymore. Because I am not the same person I once was. I've changed.

Weapon of choice- Terri is extremely good at hand-to-hand combat, though is always at a weight disadvantage. But rest assured that she will make up for it by fighting street, and very underhanded. Yup, when you grow up in a rough place you learn how to handle rough people. Hey, it's either that or die. Painfully.

    Other- Allies anyone?

    Name: William (Will) Krane

    Gender: Male

    Age: 18

    District: 1

Appearance: Will is quite tall, standing at six feet, four inches. He has shaggy brown hair, that doesn't go past his ears. He has soft blue eyes, melting you in every time you look into them. But, don't let them fool you, he can be very lethal. His figure is muscular, with impressive abs and strong arms. He has high cheekbones, that seem to fit his face perfectly.

Personality: Will is very determined. He is very competitive and very lethal. He has years and years of training for the Games, and doesn't get along with many people. However, if you do get along with him, he is very humorous and will probably be loyal to you. He can also be very outgoing and if he really likes you, he can be very, very nice. Although he's never necessarily "mean", he can be a little hostile.

Strengths (3): Agility, Hand-to-hand combat, and knife throwing.

Weakness’ (min of 3): Identifying plants, Bow and Arrow, and climbing.

Biography (optional): Since he was 12, Will has been training at the academy to volunteer for the games. He's learned about honor, pride, but most importantly, the skills you need to have in order to win. Most lethal with knives, he's also been a natural in spear throwing and hand-to-hand combat. He also improved greatly on agility, and can navigate through practically anything. His parents have always pushed him, and while he appreciated it, he also found it a bit weird. Why would his parents want him to go into an arena to fight for survival, and to kill other kids? He wonders this a lot, but allows it to leave his mind whenever he doesn't feel like thinking about it. He has a little sister, Desiree, that is also in the academy at age 14.

    Name: Isabelle Morgana Snow.

    Gender: Female (Obviously).

    Age: Seventeen year-old.

    District: District Four.

Appearance: Long, straight pure white hair, pale and pallid as snow runs down her curved, frosted shoulders. Her eyes, the shade of lilacs in the spring, are outlined with a soft shade of gold, and are large and round. Her smile is pure hot-red lipstick--the only makeup on her face--and pearly teeth, though it barely shows. A few pimples here and there cover her face. Her usual attire is dark skinny jeans and a light shamrock green jacket. Isabelle Morgana is a little over average height, at 6' 1", and 140 pounds.

Personality: To the outside observer, Isabelle Morgana is a clumsy, silly, and idiotic, although she actually striking, cunning, and intelligent.

Strengths: She is very good with swords and knives, and is also good at climbing, trees especially.

Weakness’: Archery, Aiming at opponents. Also, making fire.

Reaping Story: I woke up on the right side of my bed, my little brother curled up next to me. Noah was practically the opposite of me; the six year-old was a small, mud-brown haired, and tanner than a six year-old ought to be. I shook him awake, his soft blue eyes fluttering softly. "Wake up, Noah." Ever since he was three, Noah had started having nightmares and had started to sleep next to me. He wiggled, squirming further into the blanket. Groggily, I shook him again, pulling the blanket off him. "We have to get ready for--" Then it hit me, hitting me and making me double over like a tsunami. Today was the reaping. I looked at the back of Noah's tiny head, frowning. At least he wasn't going to get reaped this year, or anytime near, I thought as I picked his fragile body up and set him on the floor. I kissed him on the nose. "Let's get dressed, okay?" He nodded his head, eyes half closed, and I walked downstairs to get grab a bagel.
A few hours later, my I walked out the door, heading to the town square, most of the town's residents already there. Quickly walking in, I am one of the last few to scamper to the square. A petite woman from the Capitol walks up. Her hair, the color of hot pink, is standing straight up, adding five inches to her height. Her face must be covered in fifty pounds of makeup, I think, disgusted. She walks up to the microphone, her four-inch heels clicking, and taps it. She reaches her thin hand into one of the gigantic glass balls, the one for the girls, and pulls out a slip, and opens her mouth.
The name she reads changes my world forever, making my realization that today was the reaping seem like a mosquito bite in comparison.

Name: Sarah-Ann Melony, Sam combining her initials
    Gender: Female
    Age: 15
    District: 6
Appearance: Tall, thin, willowy with a certain angellic look about her. She seems as if she would shatter if you even tried to touch her. With long, thin, flowy, golden, light chestnut hair, she has the appearence of a living willow tree.
Personality: She has always had an aura of casualness and confidence about her, as she tends to be surrounded with people that are attracted to her lightness and eternal happiness. She is not
full of herself, because she only emerged beautiful recently. She began as an ugly duckling, kind, but no one seemed to actually get to know her, as she was a lumpy little hobbit-like creature. Once she grew out of herself and rose to beauty, and people saw how she really was like on the inside, she swore that she would never be like other, cruel popular girls.
    Strengths (3): Long-distance weapons, Running, Knife-throwing
Weakness’ (min of 3): Climbing, Stamina, close combat
Reaping Story (optional): Never in her life did Sam expect to be chosen for the reaping. Never in her life did she ever have to put in Tesserae, so her chances of being chosen compared to everyone else was always miniscule. Shocked beyond belief, Sam floated upon the seawead-stenched stage, as her parents were beated back to get to her. Her final goodbyes lasted until the very last second, when she glimpsed her loyal parents struggling to touch her one last time.
Biography (optional): Sarah-Ann Melony's parents were merchants, and Sam always grew up in the nicer parts of town. Her house and belongings were nicer than most's, but that never went to her head. As an only child, her parents always hovered over her, taught her lessons on life, and tried to raise her as a moral young woman. Her parents never spoiled her, unlike some of the other families that pampered their children in her neighborhood. Every day after school, and after her parents finished their breaks to go back to the store, Sam sneaked out to watch the trains, planes, and cars rumble in and out of the District. Sam was never allowed near most of the transportation centers because her parents feared that she would be in danger when the less fortunate citizens of District 6 would harm her. She was really in the 2% of District 6.

::She may seem like a Mary-Sue in the beginning, but you will see later that she isn't. You'll understand...::

Name(In Which You Shall Call Her): "My name is Winter. Winter Kerrisock."
Gender(In Which She Is): "Well, this is a pathetic question... Oh well. I'm a female, if you couldn't tell my friend.
Age(In Which How Old She Is): "I am exactly 17 years of age."
District(In Which Where She Comes From): "I come from District Nine, the fine District of Grain."
Appearance(In Which She Looks Like): Winter is an absolute beauty. Her long, chestnut-colored hair flows past her shoulder blades, luscious and concealing. Her glimmering blue eyes are flecked with bright gold, shining almost eerily in the light. Dark, ginger-colored freckles spot her somewhat pale tan face. Her legs are long and lanky, strong and muscular. Her arms are well-muscles, her feet petite. Her smile is kind and inviting, bright and cheery. Her high cheek bones frame her small face, tiny nose smack in the middle with freckles exploding across the bridge of her nose. Her side-swept fringe covers part of her face, making one eye hard to see. Her lips are plush and kissable, a light cherry red. Her rosy cheeks and slim body usually suggest she's gotten done jogging recently, and her hard stomach shows how much she usually works out. Her voice is sweet and somehow quiet, although she can be loud if she really wants to. Her breath, if you're close enough, usually smells like vanilla. She loves ombré style nails, and almost has her nails in some sort of ombré effect. Sometimes she'll do designs on her nails over the ombré. The shoes she wars range from slippers to tennis shoes to flats.
Personality(In Which How She Acts): Winter is a sweet girl. She's extremely shy, despite her outgoing looks and the type that looks like she's really social. She's been all over District Nine, and has met lots of people, yet she never really talked. She's been a quiet girl for most of her life, because she's always focused on ways to tell people why she seems so depressed. She likes to help others, though, and loves to see people at least smile. She's very protective, although doesn't have many people to protect, having literally only one friend. Her friend Joey has recently gotten her to become a bit more social, and into painting.
Strengths(In Which What She Can Do): She's strong with a bow and arrow, and is a quick runner. Her small, petite feet help with the running and being quiet help with her aim for bow an arrow. The quietness and small feet help with not making noise when creeping up to an animal. Having used knives when in the fields harvesting the wheat, she's skilled at throwing knives.
Weaknesses(In Which What She Can't Do): She's never been strong in swimming, therefor an Arena full of water would bring her down in a second. She's always been shaky when it comes to plants, and isn't good at making disguises.
Reaping Story(In Which How She Was Chosen): "I wasn't exactly chosen when it came to the Reaping. Standing there among all the kids, I knew my sister was out there. Being an autistic twelve year old girl she is, she can't stand it, but I knew I couldn't have done anything to help her, for we weren't(obviously) in the same age group. She was frightened. She always is frightened. But she will never always be frightened. She'll grow strong as she watches me in these Games, which I have a feeling I will not succeed in. It was hard watching her have to go up to that stage, shaking, as I watched in horror and just stood there.
"I could tell she didn't really know what was going on, or what was going to happen or why they were shoving her around. Less terrifying than a baby penguin, Annastasia wouldn't make it through the parade. I had to do what I did. I don't want to leave her behind with almost nobody, but I had no choice.
"I volunteered as quickly as possible, and I had to promise her that I would try. I had to promise her I'd come home. She doesn't know what the Games mean, though. She doesn't know that it's just disgusting people making us murder each other. I know that there are people around here that will take care of her, though."
Biography(In Which Her Life So Far): My childhood wasn't very normal. I had a twin brother. His name was Alexander, but we called him either Xander or Alex, because he didn't particularly like the name Alexander. In his simple explanation, it was too long. We went through Kindergarten together, but then we found out that Alex had cancer. I forgot to mention our younger sister... Anyways. My younger sister's name is Anna. Actually, it's Annastasia. But nobody ever calls her that. When Alex wasn't in school anymore, I only had Anna. After Alex died when I was in second grade, mom and dad divorced. I didn't know why, but they did. All I really remember of that was that there was a lot of yelling. Anna was at the time. After dad left, it was only me, mom and Anna left. We were on our own now, and slowly, mom started drinking. Everyday after work, she would drink and soon became an alcoholic. It was hard on me because I was only 10, and I didn't really have a mother I could depend on. Mom and I used to get in big fights a lot, and once it led to a fist fight while I tried taking one of mom's bottles of wine away. Anna'd tried creeping out multiple times, but each time, I'd let go of the bottle and rushed her to our room so she didn't have to see. At the end of the night I remember shattering glass, a scream of pain and Anna in the room sleeping while I drag myself in with a bloody hand and the remaining pieces of the broken wine bottle. By then, I was almost like a mother to Anna. When Mom died, I found another pair of kids. Cole was older than me, but his brother Joey was close to my age. Their family was like ours: broken. That's where I met Joey. We've been best friends ever since, and Joey's only a year older than me.
As you can hear, I have sort of a lisp. For that, I was highly made fun of during Elementary school. I didn't like it, and I was put into Speech Therapy with all of the deaf kids that went to my school. In Speech Therapy, I learned to sign and even made a few friends. I didn't exactly like the way Speech Therapy worked, and I only went to see my new friends. I got to leave after third grade, though, because the school finally found out about Alex. The rest of the year was hard because of the way I spoke, and I was often called names like moron or lispie, which is what most of the other kids call kids with a lisp because we speak differently than them. In fourth and fifth grade, I often saw my deaf friends, but by the time I'd moved into Cole and Joey's house with Anna, they'd all disappeared. I was all alone again with just Joey at school. That was during sixth grade in middle school, I think. Lots of kids called me stupid because of the people I talked to and the fact I could sign, and I got hit in the head with a basketball multiple times. Sometimes at lunch kids would put stuff in my food that made me sick when I wasn't looking. It was hard because I was sent home lots of times for puking all over during fifth period.
In high school it gradually got better. It's still getting better. In freshman year I was always the one hiding in the back of the class. As the year went by, Joey started noticing how much the older kids were picking on me, and eventually stood up with his group of friends that I didn't know. They all protected me. They became my family. Sophomore year wasn't much different. I was still picked on, and Joey and the Crew were still there for me. This year it's been the same as Junior year. Joey and the Crew aren't here, but we're still connected. I found my deaf friends from elementary school, and it turns out some live in the same area as us. It feels good to know that I have people out there who care."
