Black Feminist/Womanist Literature

This group is designed for those of us who appreciate the contributions of black feminists and other feminists of color to the literary canon. The group is inclusive of all genres and periods of literature. The group is inclusive...period. :-)

I have not been yet and would like to make this a group trip with other readers... Too me it is a fabolous idea. There are many to choose from, however I thought this would be great because it is always there and so a budget could be met over time.

WOW, it has been 20 years! I had no idea. I need to get down there one day and I used to be a resident of ATL! Ugh!

Sounds like a blast of a celebrating.
