I have been reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, which has such a buzz around it. The book is good. I dont know if the CD is different or more of the same thing. Although the message is old, the shortcuts given to think positive are new. Vatsala

I love the secret and the whole message. But you do have to a little careful when reading it. I feel that they made it sound that you can just sit around and wish really hard for what you want and you will get it. They almost completely forgot to mention how strong actions play a role in it. The way I see it is thinking positive will guide you through your actions and attempts to reach your goals.

I've actually been listening to the CD in the car. I feel like I connect more to it listening, but I miss being able to take notes in the margins. I've not sure if the content is identical or not.

I agree that the positive message is great. I think we as a society have gotten to where we embrace martyrdom. We walk through life feeling like its a burden. This I think is a great tool to restructure that mind-set.

I hate that it been so over-hyped. But I embrace the message.
