    Kindle App. for the iPhone

Does anyone read their books on the iPhone? I do and enjoy it very much. All you need is the free Kindle App. then you purchase your Kindle books from Amazon, using the computer, and the book gets sent directly to your iPhone. You can be set-up so that one click gets you the book.

If you read your books using the Kindle App. on the iPhone, please let me know how the bookmarking feature works. It's not quite intuitive enough for me. :-)

    Thanks.

I have a Kindle, but I do have the app on my itouch. It's come in handy a few times when I didn't have the Kindle for me, since they can sync with each other. You don't need to bookmark the page you are reading, the app will remember exactly where you leave off. However if you do want a bookmark lightly tap the screen. The menu will appear, Home at the top and 5 icons at the bottom, a back arrow, a plus sign, an open book, the A to change font size and the sync icon (to sync with your Kindle if you have one). The + sign will turn a little corner down on your page and that will be a bookmark.

I have the Kindle app on my iPhone and works fine. I like it for the portability factor and although I would like a Kindle, that would be something else to carry around. As I always have my phone with me, it's wonderful to have the app and have the ability to also have books to read in addition to games for those unplanned moments that I manage to steal for myself out of a day.
