If you don't mind rather cliche/two-dimensional vampire romances, Amelia Atwater-Rhodes has some that are pretty good.
If you like super-hot vampires mixed in with lycanthropes of every kinda mixed in with absolutely tons of sex and violence, try the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series. Just to warn you, these get old after a while. By the time you get to maybe the 12th book, they all seem the same, except that some have more sex. >.< But the vampires are mostly very sexy.
My favorite vampire books are the first three of the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. These are Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and The Queen of the Damned. While these don't fall under the fantasy romance category, they are extremely well written and very deep, almost like philosophical texts embedded in fantasy (at times). They also have complex and riveting plots. I would definitely give those a try if you like vampires.
I read Twilight, but after reading Anita Blake and Anne Rice, it seemed very bland. On the Anita Blake perspective, I kept wondering why everyone had to be so helpless, couldn't they just pull out a machine gun and blow the bad guy's head off? So simple. And on the Anne Rice side, everything just seemed too much like any other teen novel romance with vampires...no depth or real thought. It was pretty good though. I never got into reading the rest of the books, though.
