Is a Revolution in Human Understanding Happening?
I think it would be fascinating to get a serious reader discussion going about this after just finishing an extremely thought-provoking new book called "The Final Theory" by Mark McCutcheon. It seems to be quite misunderstood and attacked on the Internet by people having knee-jerk reactions without even reading it, making serious public discussions impossible.
It raises very insightful questions about what we are taught generation after generation about gravity, energy, and many other common physical events that we all just tend to take as given. It shows that there are many gaping holes in our beliefs that lead needlessly to "dark matter", "dark energy", "superstrings", "hyper-dimensions", "quantum paradoxes", etc. But it also presents a very simple and compelling new perspective based on Einstein's own thought experiments that elegantly replaces all these issues.
People seem to pre-judge this book sight-unseen, but this is definitely no crank theory in my opinion. There's more info on it and also a free chapter online here:

It would be great to have an actual discussion about this important book for a change!
