    grrrrr..... frustating book for a new reason

    Last week i bought William Dalrymple's The age of kali- as i settled into reading the fourth essay i comes to an abrupt end and i am now in the middle of another place and journey. Page 28 had flipped into page 42 and the messed of binding continues for many many pages ultimating ruining 4 essays!!
    Penguin is slipping. And this was not a pirated book.

    same thing happened to me the other day with some sci-fi book. I think I would've figured out what was going on sooner if it hadn't been sci-fi. :) That's the first time something like that has happened to me. You'd think it would happen more often considering how much I read.
