I'm now reading "Influencer". It's totally amazing. Highly recommended. It's by the authors of Crucial Conversations and Crucial Confrontations, book of which I wished I've read them. I'll order them soon.

I've just finished "Inspirational Manager" by Judith Leary-Joyce - a very good book for anyone aiming to become better than good as a manager. It really helped me and opened my eyes in some respect, it provided me with food for thought and inspired at least 2 new ideas that I'm already implementing within my team.

What did you think of the "The 4 Hour Workweek"? I'm a bit fascinated by Tim Ferris...
I'm currently reading "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity" (Allen) and am about to start on "Getting to Yes.." (Fisher).

I think 4HWW is a pretty good book and has some common sense stuff in it. It makes a lot of sense to me. I LOVE what I do, so I think 4 hours a week isn't for me though... :)

Recently I've read "Good to Great", "Blink" and now I'm reading "Jack: Straight from the Gut" about GE CEO Jack Welch. I've enjoyed them all, but had the most fun reading about Jack! I'd love to meet him over lunch...What an awesome leader.

Just after reading “Presenting to Win” by Jerry Weissman this book is a natural progression to telling your story and making it interesting and moreover doing without the help of Power point and bullet points. Dan Roam, not only teaches you to tell the story using pictures, he shares the insights of how we see, look and how to show. An amazing book on solving problems and selling ideas with pictures. I listen to Economist audio edition every week and the only article they omitted so far in the last 6 months is one in their Christmas edition ” Charts worth a thousand words” because that could only be conveyed with pictures. The sublimity of Dan’s work can only be conveyed through the simple pictures he has used throughout this magnificent book

I am reading Business Maharajas. It is all about Business Leaders of India. http://ashwinpatwa.wordpress.com/

I am just gearing up for the summer study of Atlas Shrugged-Ayn Rand, hailed by several business mentors as THE GREATEST BOOK ON BUSINESS. The size and miniscule print is a bit daunting for anyone running a business. I chose the audio version for this goliath.

I am halfway through The Tipping Point by Malcom Gladwell, and just started recently on Secrets of Closing the Sale by Zig Ziglar. After finishing The Tipping Point, will move on to Blink. Still filling up my shelf.

I'm reading "The Long Tail" - great book.
This perhaps may not be classified as a business book but it sure helps in my business profession. I have been spending lots of time in the "Handbook of Technical Writing" by Alred, Brusaw and Oliu. I enjoy technical writing and have taken on a free-lance position of researching recent financial institutions regulations, writing opinions about how these regs will relate to my company, and preparing proposed policies and and training plans.

The World is Flat, Long Tail, latest is America's Corporate Brain Drain
I am reading Be a Network Marketing Superstar
America's Corporate Brain Drain is about how the best people have left big companies, and how, as a result we get lousy service and mediocre products from big companies.

Gary Hamel: Leading the revolution. Great book about radical innovations.

I just finished "The Wisdom of Crowds" & enjoyed it.
What is it about? I just started "Who Moved My Cheese?". Although, it was written 10 years ago. It's still one of top 100 business books and relevant. It's an interesting book about change. And yes, it does involve mice!
