I found Ricardo Semler's books very inspiring. The first one is Maverick and the second book is The Seven-Day Weekend. He definitely makes you think about a completely different paradigm for leading and working.

    Hey Darri –

You will probably find that passion and spark you are looking for in Buckingham’s books, for example “The One Thing You Need to Know” or “Go, Put Your Strengths to Work.”

    Enjoy the read!

Try "Love It, Don't Leave It - 26 Ways to Get What You Want at Work" by Beverly Kaye and Sharon Jordan-Evans. They offer practical advice on how to take charge of your career and work at what you love. There's evan a chapter called "Passion - It's not Just a Fruit."
