I haven't experienced this issue, so can't really comment...
But to assist, what browser are you using? If you use a different one does it make a difference?

I can load your shelf OK as well as my own. As starwolvie suggests, try a different browser. (bet you are using IE!)

Hi Rosemary--This typically happens with specific browsers and there are a few other people reporting similar issues. Do you know which browser you're using? Like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc....
Ahh!! Interesting. While I have been using FIREFOX for years, it DID load in IE. Must be some kind of cache problem.
But.. I cleared my cashe and it still doesn't work. Any ideas? I really don't want to bring up IE for one web site.
ANd... it looks as if the problem resides with whatever application creates the book shelf, because I can't see the shelves of other peopleeither.

Did you clear the Shelfari cookies as well as cache?
Yes I did. However I am using FF 18.0 beta. I sent them a "sad face" for my experience with this page.

I'm also having this issue on Firefox 18.0. I've tried uninstalling every add-on, I even reinstalled Firefox but still have the same issue. It works if I open my shelf up with IE.
Yep - reported in several places. FFv18.0 screws Shelfari.
I have no problems with any other site using that browser rev.
Shelves, edits, "more info" links, etc. none of them work on Shelfari using that FF version.
Has anyone figured out how to get this to work with Firefox 18, I'm not willing to jump through hoops.
You can either revert to version 17 or try another browser? Its not going to work with 18...
