  Search not finding anything

  For the past couple of days, when I try to search for a book, I can't find it. I've tried using title, author, title plus author, ASIN, ISBN... these books ARE HERE but they can't be found using a search! What is going on???

  Keep trying -- the search feature is sort of stuttering on and off, and if you keep trying it will come back on again. For a while.

    But why should we have to do this? Why, after months of complaints it isn't fixed nor addressed. It's beyond ridiculous

    I agree - if this has been a long-term, ongoing issue, someone should have let us know what the problem is, what they're trying to do to fix it, and then ... fix it. *sigh* Typical Amazon policy - ignore people as long as possible, I guess.

    Amanda (one of the librarians, now an editor) said she thought it was fixed and was surprised to hear that, quote, a few people were still having the same problem, unquote. Then she sort of disappeared.
