    Typos, errors

I'm not a frequent member in such groups.
I joined because I've noticed errors in ebooks here and there.
How does one report book errors, mostly spelling errors?
    Thanks/fg

If you are referring to errors in the text of the book and you bought if from Amazon, there are links to provide feedback at the bottom of the Amazon page for that book.

Shelfari is a cataloging site so it doesn't actually have anything to do with the books themselves.

If you mean spelling errors in the titles and so on, you can put your cursor over the title and a link willl pop up in blue that allows you to correct it.

For errors in the text of the book itself -- for instance I just started a true-crime book that has the name of a murder victim misspelled in the photo section -- you can go to the bottom of the Book Details page (the page that comes up when you click on the cover of the book) and click on the italicized link, the last one on the page, that says "make them visible" (referring to sections of book information that are not automatically displayed) and click on "ERRATA." That adds that option to the book details page; click "EDIT" once you've given yourself access to that option and it opens up a narrative box so you can explain what the mistake is and what the corrected information should be.
