Hi Nav,I am doing good. Got another trip to make to UK next month and involved in that. How r u doing?The book is very good indeed. i did learn a lot. I happened to follow the sequence of reading Peopleware first and then this one. Makes me feel more mature :). I guess u ll appreciate it.cheersSri
