Dances with Wolves

“I loved this book. It was an easy read that you could just fly through and enjoyable as well. I remember seeing the movie a long time ago and liking it so I decided to give this book a read since it was sitting on my bookshelf. I just love the story of the "Loo ten Nant" and his adventures with the Comanchee Indians. It really makes you think about how much has been taken away from these people. I just finished watching the movie and I liked how it did not stray far from the book.”

“It was ok. Took me a long time to get through this book. I wasn't captivated but I did finish it. There were some parts I enjoyed, like the different characters encountered along the way and places visited. Reminded me a bit of my own time in Rome....eating. ”

House of Illusions

“Love it as much as the first book "House of Dreams". I find it rare that a sequel can ever live up to the first book but this one sure did. I loved the continuation of the story, I wanted to see Thu get her revenge. I think everything in the end fell into place and there were no loose ends that kept me wondering.”

The Thirteenth Tale

“Interesting story...but it didn't dig deep enough for me. It felt like the story just grazed the surface and didn't plunge deep enough for me into the world of Adeline and Emmeline. I wanted to know more about them and I'm still slightly confused as to who was actually saved from the fire...was it Adeline or Emmeline?”
