I am a book addict. Books have been a major part of my life since I was born, I would probably go into withdrawal if I had to give them up. I learned to read when I was four and I have not stopped since. My mom is a total enabler since she sends me the books she has already read. I read on average 200+ books a month. I have read all of the books in my little towns library and love it when they call me to tell me they have a new book or series in. I speed read and no matter how much I want to, I cannot slow down. Amazingly I input everything I read..made nursing school a bit easier for me.
My oldest son (11) likes to test me when we go to our storage unit and hold up a book from years back and ask me what it is about. Of course I get it right every time. (No not conceit..really..just fact) He (11 yr old) finally enjoys reading and can spend hours with a book if I let him, usually at bedtime. I also have a 5 year old son who enjoys reading (being read to)
Unfortunately I need to do a *warning* with my public notes-any derogatory or outright disgusting notes will be deleted as soon as I notice them.
