I am an electronic engineer, multicultural; French citizen born in Lebanon, working in UAE and fluent in English, French and Arabic. I have 20 years of experience in the Middle East with European know how. I am good in reorganization, and global strategic management business . I am a dependable leader with an open approach in working with people, forging a strong team of professionals dedicated to the Company and its clientele. Perseverance is my key word. br/ br/ I have been dealing with RS Components as my company is RS Sole Distributor for UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon and Turkey. br/ br/ Installations Middle East (IME) is a family owned company that started business in 1977. I was head hunted to join IME in Feb 2022 as Director- Sales & Marketing. I was able to reoganize IME and take it to a higher level and position it as number one supplier in its domain; br/ br/ I direct all business operations for IME Group with global revenues of $xxx Million, reporting directly to company owners. Doubled annual revenues by capturing new markets (opening of the Turkish Market in 2008) and negotiating the Sole Distribution Contact with RS Components for Turkey. The achievement so far of my 5 years business plan (start-up) has resulted in successfully shifting efforts from a dying market to current, lucrative market for both IME and RS Components. Launching of a Translated web site in Turkey (www.rsturkey.com). br/ br/ I am Responsible for Profit and Loss, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Logistics and HR Administration (138 staff). br/ br/ I manage IME Group marketing force of 6 Area Managers and 8 Marketing Representatives. Analyze data collected on major players in each industry, evaluate clients product trends, maintain an ongoing awareness of competitor sales volume, new product design and introduction to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing market conditions to capture both new customers and emerging markets. br/ br/ Train and advice overseas offices and engineers (105) of potential product applications and upgrades. br/ br/ In UAE, I have expanded customer base 25% by implementing and launching client mining and acquisition, advertising. Guided the development of RS Components recognized website as well as directing the redesign of corporate communications collateral (www.rsuae.com). br/ Increased sales by +45% while cutting operating expenses over 33%. Reengineered internal management, customer service and lead development infrastructure by diversifying functions of outside staff, rearranging sales territories and implementing a customer service program to support outside sales force. Achieved significant savings by renegotiating RS Components contracts and credit facility contracts. br/ br/ I like my job and I excel in what I am doing.
